Service Description
*This only applies if you wish to have the transmission tuned* For 2017 and up GM new 10 and 8 speed transmissions GM locks the TCMs and before it can be tuned a new unlocked TCM must be purchased from HP Tuners prior to tuning. The TCMs run $399.00 plus shipping from HP Tuners and I must be able to pull the tune file from the vehicle before the purchase can be made so that the right TCM can be ordered. Once the TCM arrives we will need to install it into the vehicle before tuning can take place. We only charge what HP Tuners charges us to get them, $399.00 for the TCM and $16.15 for shipping. This along with the 2017-Up ECM tuning will need to be ordered on the same ticket if you wish to have the transmission tuned at the same time as we do the ECM.
